I had a pleasure meet work with you I fully satisfied with the outcome of my case my car was seized by Hoffman estates police department. It was my only car and I have not paid it off yet. I was driving home in Hanover Park when I was stopped in Cook County. He sighted me into the Dupage County courthouse. I hired Mr. Komie to get me out of my arrest. I was placed on four years of probation after I pled guilty at the recommendation of my attorney I ended up on four years sex offender probation. In the last year I needed an attorney who could obtain permission to attend my daughter’s wedding. After three years of perfect compliance, I screwed up and ended with a hot THC drop. Back in 2021, I hit a rough patch of life. The pandemic sidelined me and I became depressed. I started medicating myself with large amounts of alcohol. Unfortunately, after having too much to drink I drove my car through DuPage County into Cook County. Just as I arrived on County Line Road, I was arrested by the Elmhurst Police Department for DUI. While the case was pending, I picked up a second DUI case out in Grundy County where I hit a car. Officers arrested me walking in the corn fields of LaSalle County.

Mr Komie is the best of the best. I had to fire two other attornies before finding Mr Komie so I got some experiences that I never would have wanted but there I was. I was referred to Mr Komie by another attorney. Once he was with me in court the difference was immense compared to other attornies. Often I felt I was up against the system or "the man", which I was. Mr Komie took on that system and beat it. We won. One never knows for sure what can happen in court but we won impressively. I was stopped for speeding on I294. The trooper fabricated the odor of marijuana

I was busted driving my car through Blue Island, IL smoking a doobie. I need medical marihuana because I have a herniated spine. The pain is excruciating so I took a smoke to kill the pain and allowed me to get through the day. The sergeant who busted me said the smoke was coming out the window. He put me in handcuffs and found my edible gummies and ginger snaps. So I went down for a felony. To top it off he threw in an intoxicated driving. I was up for Manufacture and Delivery plus DUI plus Driving while Smoking. I contacted NORML, they recommended Stephen Komie. I cannot tell you what a wonderful job he did busting the fuzz. When all was said and done the felony was gone, the driving while intoxicated was gone, and I left the courthouse after pleading guilty to misdemeanor possession of edibles Komie saved my life. I was busted for street racing and hit with a couple tickets and 2 charges. State wanted convictions and large fines, I was going to lose my license. Mr. Komie represented me and in the end, I had a deferred prosecution and had to attend a safety school course where I learned better driving behaviors. I was required to go to university. Now I have no record and I leave for school in few weeks and i'm excited. I'm thankful for another chance at a clean slate.

I have used Eric Anderson on numerous occasions, and he has been outstanding every time. I will never use a different attorney, because Eric Anderson is the best!

In 2017 I was busted by the state police on I 55 outside of Springfield with more than 100 pounds of weed. My family interviewed lawyer and hired Stephen Komie . I got out on bond after 8 days although I was facing a mandatory 12 to 60 years. We went to court and I was offered 30 years. Mr. Komie told me to reject it because he could do better. He and his team work up my case. He questioned the stop as a violation of my rights. After 3 years of fighting the state . Mr. Komie got me a soft ending. He got me 2nd Chance probation for 2 years of Deferred judgment at home in California. He beat the felony conviction and save me from going to prison. He save my life and I aim going home to my family. Amen !!! I recommend him as truly the BEST Lawyer in the country for any legal trouble. He and his team took great care of me!!! I spoke to several lawyers who urged me to plead as the case was hopeless. But I put my faith in Mr. Komie . He worked a great miracle reducing my case of 100 pounds to 500 grams for a deferred judgement. If you are in trouble you need him.

In January of 2021 I was blessed with the birth of my first daughter Millie. Within 30 days Millie suffered an ischemic brain bleed. We rushed her to Edward/Elmhurst Hospital. My parents suggested I get a lawyer. Then I found Mr. Stephan Komie. In our first meeting he discussed ischemic brain bleeds vs. blunt trauma and related injuries to infants. He explained the legal procedures, but most importantly gave me the courage to go against the doctors at Lutheran General. We demanded our baby be transferred to Lurie Children's Hospital to seek the true cause of her brain leaking blood into her skull. Five months later DCFS tried to take custody of our baby and remove our baby from our lives to a foster home. Mr. Komie convinced the authorities the case was an ischemic bleed of the brain and not caused by foul play. Mr. Komie's immediate intervention on our behalf led to the return of our precious child Millie. Please, if you or someone you know finds yourself in the unfortunate situation of being wrongfully accused of child abuse, call Mr. Komie as soon as possible.
